"Wells Avenue is a very busy street and has poor lighting at night. there have been a number of pedestrians hit over the last few years so please be mindful of your children, pets and yourself when walking along it. "

"My neighborhood is made up of a very diverse people. Old, young, single, married, etc. Owners and renters. I've lived in this area over 10 years. I use the same bank, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, hairdresser, ect since I moved to the area. I can do everything I need to within a one mile radius. I love my neighborhood !"

"Quiet Cul-de-sac end property located off one-way street (Kirman southbound). Good neighbors and above average surrounding properties. Convenient central Reno location only one mile from airport with easy access to Plumb Lane, and So. Virginia Street. Only 1 1/2 blocks to Reno Veterans Hospital!"
