2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhile this site lists them as below a 4/10 on every score, I believe there are a few issues I have run into with this scoring system. It is not at all based on fact. Nobody has updated it truly since 2015. Our PSEO and AVID courses would put us at at the very least a 5/10 in college readiness. 1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have no issues with the school. I have issues with the school district. I have been asking since November to get access to pay for my daughter's lunches online and I still haven't gotten a response. I even filled out a piece of paper in January in the office and still no access!! My daughter's school bus is suppose to wait until she gets into the house or they see an adult before leaving and they don't (she is special needs) Last year nobody was notified about yearbooks. I found out because I had to pick up my daughter early the last week of school and the mistakes in there.. I also called the district office in regards to my son getting services for preschool because he is special needs. 2 months later and no response. "It is a very diverse community . Many families with kids and animals. There are are schools around and parks and play grounds. Also some nice walking paths like Palmer lake. Also a lot of things are conveniently close including gas stations , cub , car shops , and many food choices . "

"There is so much wildlife for being a first ring suburb. This summer alone I've seen sandhill cranes, great blue herons, egrets, great horned owls, raccoons, 2 bucks, a coyote, muskrat, and an opossum. Plus, the close proximity ro the river means I can bike there and fish whenever the urge strikes. "
