Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass dining table with seating for four. Updated bathroom, clean/dry basement with full size washer and dryer. Smart lock allows for easy entry, 500 mbps internet/wifi, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops along Macklind/Hampton avenues. Very pet friendly environment with the majority of the homes owner occupied with a high level of pride of ownership. Owner is responsible for all utilities, lawn/yard maintenance and snow removal. Home offers central hvac. Renter is responsible returning all keys and garage remotes. A $75 charge will be assessed for any key/remote not returned. Dogs are considered on an individual basis. Security deposit (refundable) is due upon lease signing. First month rent, pet deposit (refundable) and cleaning fee is due before move in.
