Description

This property is currently a fully furnished and equipped vacation rental, but the owner may consider unfurnishing it please inquire! They are ideally looking for someone to move in for a year.

Southern Charms meet Coastal Comforts at this private and secluded home retreat near the historic Village of Arroyo Grande. Perched on the side of a hill overlooking ancient ocean oak trees you can soak in the fresh air through the two sets of French doors in the formal living room. This room is sure to amaze and impress with plush furniture and a modern, luxe style straight from the pages of Architectural Digest. Just across the entry foyer from the formal living room is a built-in, two person desk home office with a printer in case you need to hop on a Zoom call, you're on a working vacation, or you would like to print your airline boarding passes when it's time to go home. As you enter the main living area you'll find yourself in the middle of a huge room, to the right you'll have the drop-dead gorgeous, well-stocked chef's kitchen with breakfast bar on the island, in front of you is the huge dining table with picture window looking out to the deck and the ocean oaks beyond, and off to the left is the family room with large flatscreen TV, fireplace, and large sectional sofa. The deck is a few steps down from the dining room and has a large outdoor sofa, dining table, umbrella, gas BBQ, charcoal BBQ, propane outdoor heater, and sand wash area which is also accessible through the side gate from the front yard. Downstairs from the main living area you'll find the bonus room with the flexible sleeping accommodations (queen bed and 2 twin roll-aways) and one of the full bathrooms, this one has a tub/shower combo. Great spot to put older kids or teens, or utilize as a pseudo second master bedroom suite, this room does not have a clothes' closet. The 2-car parking garage with wine fridge is also located on this level. Going upstairs from the main living level we have all 4 bedrooms, each with its own unique theme and decor. Will you stay in the Versailles Room with plush pink headboard and mirrored furniture? Maybe instead you will indulge yourself in the spa-like serenity of the master bedroom suite with jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. No matter which room you wind up resting your head in, you're going to love the luxurious, top-quality linens. Also on this level, in the hall, is the 3rd full bath and the laundry room with large, front-loading washer and dryer. Don't miss your chance to stay at one of the more unique and finely furnished rentals on the Central Coast! This property does not have air conditioning. This property has external security cameras (such as a Ring). No pets allowed.

"A mix of private dirt roads and highways. Not a lot in between. It's a lot like a mullet party in the backroads, business in the front. What more can I say?"

"horrible. just like the bay area and silicon valley people invading the central coast. way to take a good thing and ruin it. won't be long before their left side agendas reshape our local communities. just glad I live in the sunshine state that is full of hard working blue collar folk who want to make America great again. "Cars drive fast up the one way street, and also often go the wrong way so this gives a false sense of security to the children."

"I work in town and my kids attend school here. The commute is great! At the height of daily traffic (between when school is out and 5 o’clock rush) it can take 5 extra minutes to get across town ..."

"I work from home so my commute is amazing! However there is definitely access to public transportation but having a personal car is definitely the way to go. Traffic on 101 has certainly increased over the last 10 years and we are definitely seeing a clear rush hour commute but nothing show stopping as compared to the Bay Area for example."

"We have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. Most of the neighbors have been in the area at least as long and are friendly and easy to talk to. The area feels safe and most of the people living in the area take care of their property."

"Beautiful and near the beach. Low crime. People generally work together. Law enforcement had a pretense, but it’s not overwhelming or forceful. If do need police, they response quickly. We also have great restaurants, a school nearby, and it’s generally very quiet and uneventful. "
