    "the 1st week of March they do an amazing and big st Patrick's day parade. also one in summer. the fireworks on the 4th last 2 hrs at the beach. there's always something going on on b129 st there's so many places to shop and on b116 b114 and up to b80 street ....everyone is friendly lots of respectful kids and dog owners ...also cat...really nice and quiet at night ...we r surrounded by 3 bodies of water so most summer nights at night u can open windows and get a great breeze. there's so much more but I'll end it here lol. it's really a great place to live and raise kids or grow old."
