This charming apartment is located on the upper level of Sophia's Family Restaurant. Conveniently located just one block east of route 251. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance.
12 month lease is required including first months rent and last months rent, along with security deposit.
Air return filter to be changed on the 1st of the month, landlord will supply air filters. Premises shall be kept clean and organized. Garbage pick up weekly.

First and last month rent, along with a $500.00 deposit due at the signing of one year lease, for a total of $2,750.00

No smoking in unit. Right outside the entrance door is an area to smoke if needed. That area should be kept clean from cigarette butts.
$25.00 fee for lock outs.
All people living in apartment need to be listed on the lease, including children.
No PETS of any kind are allowed.
