Couple of good public gardens are also around where you can go for walk. People around are nice, have not seen any unpleasant incident in my last 2 years of stay. Community has mix of people from all over the world. I recommend this place for stay."

"People are walking dogs all the time and it’s a pleasant environment for animals. However, be careful of coyotes because they are very present. Walk dogs close by and on a leash to be safe. Many coyotes have been seen in the area and reports of attacking small animals are not uncommon. Unfortunately with the river beds nearby, there isn’t much that can be done except being aware of your surroundings and being prepared. "
