"Close to Grand Junction yet around the mountain on the north side of Colorado National Monument. Fruita feels like a small town and you can get anywhere downtown including the library, store and rec center on your bike in 10 minutes or less. My neighborhood is a mixture of retired people and families and is quiet, well landscaped and a great place to relax. The mall in Grand Junction and all the surrounding businesses and amenities are only 10-15 minutes away at the most."
