* Proof of Income (pay stubs, offer letter, etc.) will be requested as part of the application documents.

* Pets allowed with a non refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. However, for "Pet Friendly" rental properties statistically dangerous breeds of dogs will not be permitted.

Tenant has to pay for all utilities (based on use), trash, outside water and take care of lawn (55$)

House will be available August 1st. Pets are negotiable and will have to agree for pets terms and conditions with extra payment or deposit.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.
