We are prepared to remodel the bathrooms if the tenant wishes it done while they're living in the house; otherwise, they'll be done at the next summer vacancy. A discount of $50 will be given to tenants who pay their rent by the 28th of each month and deposit it directly into the Wells Fargo account associated with the property or Venmo. Additionally, lawn maintenance is provided at no cost to the tenant. A $1,200 deposit is required if 3 or fewer people will be living in the house. If the number of residents exceeds three, an additional $500 deposit will be required before move-in. Pets are allowed pending management approval with a $500 deposit being required for the first pet and $250 for each subsequent pet (maximum three pets).

Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Smoking is not allowed inside. Agreement is month to month, but owner has no intention of selling.
