A few minutes driving to 395 via Route 7-Leesburg Pike/King Street and new incoming Harris Teeter shopping Center. Target Best Buy and some of the best Bolivian and El Salvadoran food in the region along Columbia Pike are a short walk way! Also a ten minute ride to Four Mile Run/W&OD trail via bike.

House has a long driveway that can fit two cars. Backyard is a nice space to entertain or just relax.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. It overlooks the quiet and peaceful fenced in backyard.

Verizon FIOS. Efficient gas furnace and water heater coupled with a small footprint have kept energy costs down. Installed new doors to the house last year and appliances are all five years old. Arlington recycling also now includes composting, yard waste which is processed into mulch for Arlington residents to reuse in a great green initiative to help our region.
