Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Renting a beautiful 2 bedroom + 2 full bath + an open loft apartment in Centerville close to Fairlakes. In addition to the 2Br 2 Ba, the unit has an open loft which has a built in desk + work area as well as a decent size closet. The unit also has 2 skylights which add a great amount of light to the unit. The living room area's ceiling at is highest point is about 20 feet! very few units in this community have this particular layout with the open loft and skylight that lights the living room area as well. The unit is very private in that you don't have to worry about visibility into the unit even at nights. This is because it is on the third floor and its balcony faces grass, trees, pool area, and playground area. I lived here about 9 years myself but have moved a few miles away and therefore renting it out. The community is gated and overall it is a very nice community. The gym and swimming pool are very close to the building as well. The community is only a few blocks away from 66's HOV exit. even if you are one person, the HOV lane is open to all during non rush hour traffic if you are heading west on 66. The community is well maintain and the units are very quite. You never hear the neighbors through the walls or the hallway like some other units I have seen. Since the unit is on the 3rd floor, you wont have any noise from the unit above that might otherwise have hardwood floors installed. - Available for lease / move-in as of Aug 1st. Flexible if you want to move in sooner. Please let me know!- Washer, dryer, gas stove, and gas fireplace among other things. - AC is electric and uses gas water heater (also used for heating)- One month deposit, one month rent, recent paystubs, copy of free credit report, no application fee, standard VA lease agreement and rental application. - I will manage any repairs promptly should they be needed- Looking for about a year of lease but open to longer term lease- Let me know if you have any questions. - Water, sewer, and trash are included. You are responsible for electricity and gas. My average of gas + electricity averaged over the year was about $120. My last tenant said her's was lower. - I've had both Fios and Cox cable/internet service during the time I lived there. - Application Documents Needed: **No fees or deposite needed to apply. If accepted, we'll need 1 month deposite**. Also require copy of free credit report, copy of driver license, recent 1 month pay stubs/proof of income. Fill out application as well. Here is a standard application for VA: (not as strict as the application implies)

"I've lived here for three years, I wish I hadn't gotten sucked into the vicious cycle. It is over priced as a whole, I believe because Clifton is on the nicer spectrum. the schools are mostly REALLY bad. Poor teaching skills and no backbone to stop constant bullying and abuse that goes on in the schools. "
