"This is a very densely populated area. While charming when driving through, it's quite different living in this area. Not all but a lot of the parents are bullies or unfortunately, addicts. Thus, the kids in this area are, troubled. This is not an area I plan on staying in to raise my child. "

"The school is walking distance and the officers are friendly everyone knows everyone so the kids are fine. Park kind of sucks but the water ice factory is amazing. They need a dog park here though"

"The community is going down hill. Alot of section 8 housing and the beautiful Victorian homes are being broken into a bunch of apartments. the residents they are moving in are horrible & disgusting. "
