"Peaceful and respectful neighbors. Easy access to shopping by foot or automobile. On weekends, some gatherings are a bit noisy well into the evening, but closing windows takes care of it. Mostly condos between Graves and Garvey east of Garfield. About 5-8 minutes to either 10 or 60 fwy. From there its typical Los Angeles traffic. "

"It's a very quiet neighborhood. If you have dogs you may get some complaints if your dog barks loud late in the evenings or early mornings. Other than that it's a great place for pets. There's a park/school down the street. Lots of room for a dog to run and find new places to mark their territory."
