"Fantastic area, close to downtown Denver! Commute is 10 minutes from Downtown, 20 minutes from Boulder. Easy access to interstates. Zuni park is a unknown beautiful gem in Chaffee park. Everyone is very friendly during evening strolls. The view from top of park is breathtaking! A great area to be!"
