Used to be an AIRBNB but took off that listing for long term rental option that is desperately needed in Leeleanau County. The first floor has full kitchen, living room & half bath, laundry is in a closet off of the kitchen. Upstairs is two bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 15-20 minutes from Traverse City, Glen Arbor and Leland. There's no garage, it is free garbage $1700 a month plus utilities, cable tv is included you would have to get Wi-Fi. PO Box is also needed for you to receive mail. There is also a community pool available May through October at the location.
There is many hiking trails around along with just minutes away from Good Harbor Bay.
Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed, no smoking, e-cigarettes etc.
1 year rental, there is parking on premise, plowing is done by association along with yard maintenance. No play sets outside or hanging swings from any trees in the common areas. there is a grill provided, however you do provide the gas. If you break or ruin the grill, it will not be replaced.
No smoking of any kind or e-cigarettes.
No Pets of any kind.
While living in home, overall condition is expected to be same as when you move in, no painting anything without permission.
We want your home to be a home but please be considerate of our property.
Quiet time hours after 10pm until 8am, be conscious of neighbors.
