The primary bedroom features a king size bed, and the secondary bedroom offers a day bed plus a pull out twin trundle. Owners may accommodate offering a different setup than the daybed/trundle (ie. queen or two twins) depending on lease terms. Additionally, the sofa in the living area does have a full sized pull out bed. There is a dining area with table, and bar seating on the first level, as well as an outdoor porch with a patio table and a grill. The second floor also features the outside deck off the master bedroom for additional space to relax. We do permit dogs dependent on size and other criteria. Utilities are included and there is parking for two vehicles at the property, with additional public parking available close by.

The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge.
