"We have neighborhood block parties, the volunteer fire department does an annual clam bake, there is music in the park on certain summer evenings, all of the Main Street shops are all local vendors. "

"A truly lovely neighborhood, Big beautiful well maintained and manicured homes on at least one acre parcels. Southampton Pines is a great neighborhood for kids. The public schools are very good, and the private schools are not too far away. many residents enjoy a power walk in the area. The best trick or treating, and the best sledding in the winter. Southampton Pines is the only neighborhood in the Hamptons with a sewer system. Natural gas service to all homes is a huge plus. Easy access to all of the Hamptons, and excellent restaurants in proximity. "
