4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child went here for 3 years. I thought it was a great school. They have lots of programs. My son played soccer and ran track there. They offer theater, band, art and have clubs. The teachers are excellent and very nice. The principal is super!Parent Review2y ago - Forestville Road Elementary

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe transferred from a school nearby because of bullying, 2 years ago. WE LOVE FORESTVILLE ROAD ELEMENTARY!! Wonderful teachers and administration. Very firm but kind environment. Strong P.T.A. with clear defined goals that engages and listens to the teachers needs. This is a Global studies school! The electives are Spanish, music, art, media, p.e. and technology. It's a secret gem in Knightdale. Both my children have flourished at F.R.E.S.Parent Review9y ago - Knightdale High

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHonestly I feel like I was tricked came to the school to do the walk-through and my daughter started her ninth grade here last year and the campus is beautiful and big. So I thought this was going to be a great environment for her. But every other day there’s videos of fights they even have an instagram page where both students and staff are caught sleeping in class. I have had to deal with the incompetent staff no set up for guidelines and policies lack of staff lack of transportation my daughter spent half of her 10th grade year failing classes because teachers weren’t grading assignments that were giving on days that they weren’t in school she went through her first quarter with only half of her teachers in multiple days of either not having a ride home from school or not having a ride to school I have come to pick my daughter up on multiple occasions and given different times for when I can pick her up from school which is a major inconvenience when you’re trying to let them actually stay for part of the class and pick them up before two which is the time that is stated but when the office doesn’t feel like dealing with it they’ll tell you you can’t pick up your child I am sick of schools that have rules and guidelines for children to follow in order for them to be successful but the adults don’t have to follow the same thing the school is all front all full of all looks if you care anything about your child education do not send them to Knightdale high school!!!!Parent Review1y ago - Wake Early Coll Heal

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a terrible choice for parents and students looking for a supportive teachers. Teachers will rarely listen to or try to understand a student's point of view. The administration will ignore many student concerns without any investigation unless parents interfere. Many of the work handed is just busy work and rarely has an impact on student learning. There are some helpful teachers but there are even more cruel teachers. It's incredibly hard to fix grades that a student didn't deserve without parental interference. The courses offered are very restrictive as well.Student Review8y ago - Wake Nc State Univ Stem Early College High School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had an amazing experience as a student at this school. This has made me not only ready for college but also the professional world. Throughout my four years here I was able to grow and learn through the help of the incredible students and staff. I can't wait to see what Wake STEM becomes.Student Review4y ago - Wake Young Men's Leadership Academy

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhile we have had a few bumps getting our boy engaged, the leadership have been great partners with looking at options. This school is a college prep school so there is not an emphasis in the Arts, but more a focus on core curriculum. We love that there are male teachers teaching our boy as they provide examples of strong role models. We love the uniforms!Parent Review2mo ago - Wake Young Women's Leadership Academy
