Minimum 7 month rent required. 7th month rent is $3,000 if lease starts August 24 to September 15th.
$3,380 security deposit is due upon signing.

    "Owning a door in apartment is quite common, neighbors are comfortable seeing dog’s walkers 3 times a day. I wish Skokie has a nice big dog park. Dogs are not allowed in Skokie Parks . Only the forest preserves we can bring our dogs. Summer mosquitoes and ticks, Fall and Spring are muddy, Winter can be too cold , or not accessible."
