There is one full size bathroom complete with plush bath linens, toilet paper, soaps, hairdryer and first aid kit.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The fully equipped kitchen has everything youll need for whipping up tasty meals for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a microwave, espresso machine, a Keurig, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Dishwasher included! Enjoy meals together in your bright dining room with seating for 6.
There is a stocked coffee bar with K-cups, and snacks. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also included!
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step out front into your beautiful marble patio with 2 comfy chairs to watch the night sky or for a sunny quaint breakfast.
The Bungalow has reliable fast internet available to stream anything from Netflix to having a business meeting on Zoom.
Parking is available next to the house in the driveway with a Tesla Charger available upon request.
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement.
Other things to note:
No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your lease
No smoking or illegal drug use is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
6-12 month leases available, tenant pays for all utilities, fully furnished, $500 pet fee, no smoking
