    "Nice community, with beach and boating rights, deeded to each home owner. HOA fees $125 per year. Many events held by HOA. Not much public transportation available in this area. Most everyone has their own vehicles. Short distance to Sunrise Highway and just a bit further to the LIE. Unfortunately traffic can be very heavy during summer months due to east end of LI being prime vacation destination."

    "Rural area, very limited public transportation. Car is needed for grocery shopping etc... Quiet neighborhood, not heavy traffic, but sometimes loud vehicles and/or motorcycles. Major shopping at outlet mall about 12 miles away, larger mall about 26 miles away."
