The Living Room is just stunning with high ceilings, a stone fireplace and views. Hiding quite cozily right off to the living room is a more intimate TV room and wet bar with additional fireplace.
The 8 fully furnished en-suites are all just beautifully appointed and the baths come complete with fluffy towels....and sundries.
7 of these 8 beautiful en-suites flank two separate wings of the home. The 8th ensuite has its own private entrance altogether. Most bedrooms have a ceiling fan and access to its own patio.
Hang out in unforgettable style at the expansive pool area and grounds complete with spa, an oversized fire pit and multiple lounging areas........all while soaking in the expansive views of the Santa Ynez Mountains.
A separate large great room with walls of windows is located off one side of the home that opens up to the pool area for indoor/outdoor entertaining and hanging out.
There are 2 additional guest bathrooms on the exterior of the home for wet feet and changing.
There are front load washer and dryers located in each of the 2 wings of the home.
Large flat screen TV's are in most rooms of the home, so you won't miss a show!

Don't feel like leaving this dream estate even for a walk or hike (I don't blame you!)......Go hit some balls! There is an informal 9 hole golf-course, just for fun and its totally private so bring your clubs or just peruse around at sunset or sunrise for a private stroll.
If you feel like entertaining a larger group, or celebrating an event with friends and family there is ample parking behind the gates, about 10 cars and tons of additional private off street parking on the side of the home in the "golfcourse" parking lot.
Honestly.....just bring your toothbrush, bathing suit, or not......... and your favorite foods and libations........................ forget your worries and be happy! This is So Cal living at its best!
Guests will have access to Wifi and there is Cable for all the TV's.
All utilities are included monthly but are capped at typical monthly usage, please inquire for more information or how that works.
The pool and grounds will be maintained once weekly during your stay, we will provide the days of the vendors prior so there are no surprises!
We will provide the home in beautiful clean condition including all bedding, towels and dishes etc. so we require it be cleaned after your stay.
There will be a cleaning charge of $500.00 upon exit of the home.
This amazing compound is available for a minimum of a 1 month lease, and you will be required to complete an application for all adults over 18 on our portal at SG Associates Property Management. We do run credit and require a credit score of 650 or higher and proof of funds for your stay with your application. We also require a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent which will be refunded once we receive the home back and confirm none is required for repair or maintenance due to your stay with us. This is processed and returned within 21 days of key return but typically sooner. Pets will be considered with an additional security deposit.
