"Quality, no complaints. Good police enforcement, not too many bad drivers around regularly. Close to the 101 and 202. Gas stations, groceries, and mall in close vicinity. Enough speed radar enforcement. Good gas prices. "

"I work with a large F500 business in the area and own a house in Arden Park. It is a beautiful neighborhood with tree lined streets that really makes a difference out here in the desert. The area is quiet with lots of parks and greenbelts. It's great for families with fun things to do and great places to eat nearby!"
