"I am one of the last few original residents in this neighborhood. I've lived here since 1953. my neighborhood goes through a lot of changes every so often. Seems to be a lot of young families moving in again having pride in their homes. So good to see. Rentals don't seem to care nor do the owners who probably live in another city. love my hood just hate the traffic."

"I lived here and I have seen the undesirables moving out do to rent increasing and more police patrol. It is a beautiful area but is a city and with city comes the good, the bad and the ugly. I do see the city making improvements and redevelopment. It's a gorgeous town and has much to offer!!!"

"This community is basically a large cul de sac, one entry and exit. Houses are typically small, 2 or 3 BR, but with large lots compared to new developments. Short walk to the beach and ocean breezes make the climate comfortable. "
