Walk West towards the heart of West Asheville and grab breakfast at Taco Billy's, The Hole Donuts, or dine at the many restaurants, including the top-rated Admiral.

REVIEW 5/2020 from previous tenant: I came to Asheville as a well-traveled travel nurse looking for something short-term, furnished, and in a good location. Ann's unit fits all of these needs with the extra bonus of a great landlord too. The unit is directly across from New Belgium Brewing and is a quick three minute walk to enjoying a beer on the lawn in the sun. Located in the cool River Arts District, it's also walkable to numerous galleries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The unit comes furnished, including extra little touches to make it feel like home. It has a private entrance via a private patio perfect for lounging with a coffee. The unit is spacious and comfortable and Ann was readily available if I ever needed anything, including making sure my mail and packages made it to my door. As a nightshift nurse I spend a lot of time sleeping during the day, and never found it a problem on the quiet street. I ended up renting Ann's unit for just shy of a full year because I enjoyed it so much. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway in the heart of Asheville or a longterm place to call home for a while, Ann's unit is perfect.
