We are located just south of Centreport Pkwy onto interstate 95, which is ideal for those commuting north.
Payment is due on the first of each month. The deposit is due in full in order to sign the lease and move into the property.

-Typical lease terms are for 12 months, but this property can be either weekly, monthly or yearly, but we are open to shorter period leases.

"Neighbors recognize and assist dog owners (lost or runaway pets, wild life spottings, etc...),lots of good sniffs, and lots of other dogs in the neighborhood. Sidewalks would be great, but that’s the unfortunate cost of not having an HOA. Dog owners pick up after their pets. "
