"Dogs are welcome and there are actual areas for dogs to run around, as long as you clean up after your dog there are no problems"

"Animals are welcomed. Most owners are responsible owners but a few ruin it for all. No matter where you are in the world. PLEASE CLEAN UP AND KEEP THEM ON A LEASH. Our neighbors do not keep there dogs on a leash. One tried to attack, showing teeth and very aggressive, while owners said “oh he won’t bite”. These dogs poop and they do not pick up. "

"The neighborhood is safe, friendly and clean however the public zone schools are terrible. If you have children and are able to go the private schooling way then it’s a good area to live "

"I live here and is pretty quite and very nice but the traffic has increased over the year a 2018 and for someone that everyday has to take the I4 east is not as pleasant. Otherwise nice area my family and I never had a problem."

"It is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors seem to be nice and they keep to themselves. How's the little park in the community."
- Kelilocker

"This is a good place for vacationers who are renting homes to visit Disney (Southern Dunes) but for a young family just starting out? No long term neighbors; retirees own the other few houses that ARE not rented out- the homes are just not big enough for a growing family bigger than 3 people. Haines city has barely any places to order food to get delivered. Not many decent upscale restaurants; anything fun or interesting you need to drive to Orlando or Tampa. Work is scarce; have to go to Orlando or Tampa and commute on I4."
- Denise H.

"the neighborhood i live in is the downtown district and people do walk thier dogs in this area it perfectly fine and safe."
- Rene
