    "Some traffic getting out of Harbour Island due to the construction in the area. Outside of that, it is very convenient, minutes from downtown, Ybor City, and shopping. Getting on 275, Selmon, and I4 is a breeze."

    "Non that I am aware of. What I don’t like is the constant smell of dog feces/urine and the piles of it left on the sidewalks by the irresponsible pet owners. The cars speed through here making it dangerous for kids and people out waking. The Maintenance people connect all the large trash bins together on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6 am. It sounds like a freight train rolling by our apartment. The truck doesn’t ever show up to pick up the trash before noon. So what’s the point of waking every one up that early? The garage is loud with cars up and down, and the again, irresponsible car owners pressing their alarm buttons to find their cars because they forgot where they parked. Harbour Island is the loudest and dirtiest place I have every lived."
