By applying, Applicant agrees to be enrolled and to pay the applicable cost of $35.95/month, payable with rent. Your package may include, subject to property mechanicals or other limitations:

-Move-in concierge service: one call setup for your utility services, cable, and internet services
-A resident rewards program that helps you earn rewards for paying your rent on time.

-$1M Identity Protection for all adult leaseholders
-24/7 online maintenance reporting
-Home buying assistance for when the time is right to buy your "forever" home.
-Online portal: Access to your account, documents, communication and payment options.

RENT PAYMENT OPTIONS: All rent payments are required to be made online through the tenant portal. There is no fee for paying rent via the Tenant Portal. In addition, tenants may pay rent at a retail cash location for a small convenience fee.

"My home is literally 15 to 20 minutes from Greer, Spartanburg, and Greenville. We do not have public transit in our area. Having your own transportation is a must unless you use Uber. Our area is going through a serious growing phase with the addition of new restaurants and local shops. We love it here in Duncan. "
