    "I know this area of Hampton and I personally would not live there. I hear of a lot of crime around this neighborhood and while it may look nice, it's not an area where you'd want to take walks in the evening or be out alone after dark. "

    "I work at NASA in Hampton and stayed with friends near this house before I bought my home in Newport News. I had my car broken into and the traffic in the morning was terrible from the bus. The area is near downtown so you get a lot of foot traffic across the lawn at night. "
