"The area is very nice, clean and quite quiet. Sometimes it’s gets busy since people go to the beach. In the winter it’s cleaned accordingly so we barely deal with not cleaned streets."

"The Annex is the conjunction of New Haven, East Haven, and Branford. There is easy on/off access to I-95/91 and access to Downtown New Haven. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Although the area has great potential, in my experience the neighborhood and neighbors have not been great at all. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost a year. It’s near many ethnic restaurants, downtown New Haven, grocery stores, and very close to easy I-95 access. However, it is very awkward to get to Route 15. "
