Description
This is one side of a 2 family house. I can't seem to correct the listing to state that. Available beginning of May. 2 BR 1 Ba 1910 duplex house, walking distance to main Mississippi area. 856 sq ft of living space plus front porch, half of the use of the basement and shared yard. Shared W/D in basement, washer is new. Front windows are new. The front and side porch will be getting fresh paint. Backyard dividing fence will be replaced with a chain link with gate (only to keep animals out of the other neighbor's gardens). Current tenant is a handyman who has taken good care of the place. The pictures were taken, 4/24/24 and is still currently occupied, so not yet clean and ready until end of April. Please go by and see the exterior and neighborhood but don't disturb the tenants. Viewings can be scheduled for late afternoon Monday the 29th through Wednesday morning the 1st. (please call me, emails always end up in my spam folder). Other times available with advance planning. I am in the Seattle area and would have to make arrangements. Thank you! Judy
