It is located just south of the University of San Bernardino. Our apartment complex is only a total of 10 units, very quiet and small. Depending on Credit, we can work with the deposit. We understand Bankruptcys and Forclosures, and short sales, but no evictions or Unlawful Detainers. We have allowed small pets, One only, under 20 lbs only, no aggressive type dogs at all, must be house trained. , we require a $800 deposit for the animal and an additional $45.00 per month. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter currently attends Shandin Hills as an 8th grader and last year as a 7th grader. I do not believe that this is a horrible school but it is not the best either. I think that the standards of the staff is an area of imorovement. This school does not academically challenge the students or adequately prepare them for high school. The curriculum and programs available to the students are not comparable to what others middle schools in other counties provide to their schools. "This is not a good area. there are sewer/wash areas that are very populated with homeless people that do drugs and commit crimes. u am here only because as a disabled single mother of four children this is all I could afford."
