"It’s a good neighborhood for access to major freeways, public transit and walking distance at a push to Temescal. Some good microbreweries and increasing number of good restaurants. But increasing concerns around safety and security. "

"it's not safe for kids. streets are not safe for everyone. dirty and unsafe streets and roads. bad neighborhood. a lot of homeless tents everywhere. "
