Description

ATTENTION BEACH LOVERS
Come live 2 minutes from the beach

Come live just a few steps to the sand and the Atlantic Ocean.
Let us show you this beautiful two bedroom one bath beachside home (1025 square feet), with garage (300 square feet), that is situated on a super quiet street, just steps (2 minute walk) to having your toes in the sand.

**READY FOR SHOWING** at your convenience, it is one of very few homes for rent in the Beachside sector between Dunlawton and ISB, just off of Atlantic Avenue**.

You'll be taking long walks on the beach and swimming in the ocean after work and on weekends, soaking up the sun and enjoying life. Beach chairs and an umbrella for sure. You can walk for hours on this no-drive beach. Call for a showing today!

The house is in excellent shape and laid out on beautiful oak wood floors in the living room and dining area, as well as the bedrooms and hallways, and cool 1950s broken tile floors in the bathroom. The kitchen has tile floors, as well as the Florida room, which is adorned with large windows overlooking the private outside terrace located between the garage and the house. The exterior of the house has just been painted entirely.

There is a fenced back yard and a ** free standing** one car garage with plenty of shelving for storage there, as well as an automatic garage door opener. There is an area for your clothes washing and drying machines in the garage too - WASHER/DRYER HOOK-UPS ONLY.

Conveniently located to everything and a few houses from the beach. Super clean and comfortable, and ready for a great renter, it is light and bright with windows everywhere. You'll appreciate the pictures showing the house, both furnished, and unfurnished.

Absolutely the best place to live in Daytona Beach, close to downtown, and food shopping with Winn Dixie just south a few blocks and further on, Publix.

Lots of local activities to be part of at the Band Shell, Concerts, Movie Theaters, the Riverfront Shops, which offer more than 60 shops, restaurants, attractions and celebrations/services between Orange Avenue and Bay Street on Beach Street. Further west is the Volusia Mall, and Port Orange is not far away where you can find The Pavillion Shopping Center.

We are looking for professionals who have been employed at the same company for at least 1 year. You must have great references from your present landlord and be able to pass a complete background check. Move-in costs include: first and last month rent (Rental amount is based on the Zillow suggested rent amount) and the equivalent of one month rent as a security deposit.

Renters MUST purchase renter insurance. Non smokers only, and we will accept 1 small dog for a pet, with a deposit. The rental period will be for approximately 15 months ending in the month of June.

Renters are responsible for all utilities and lawn service.

For more information call the telephone number given or send us an E-mail so we can answer any questions you might have and perhaps set up a showing and discuss possible rental. PROPERTY SHOWINGS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

"What makes this area unique is you can drive on the beach. Be careful because of this warm weather there are numerous vagrants and beggars, most seem high on something. Warm water though... so have a good time but keep your guard up."
