How does it work? After making your monthly payments, which NEVER increase, for 30 years, the home is yours free and clear at the end of the payment period. The first payment includes the down payment toward owning the home (between $3500-$7500 depending on factors like credit, background, etc., but don't worry, you will not be rejected because of credit). Then, you simply make the SAME monthly payments until the deed passes to you. Your payment will never increase. When your payments are done, you own the home. All you've paid is about the same amount or less that you'd pay for a rental -- except here you own your home and get the deed at the end.
