He said that in his 20 years here he has never seen an instance of a stranger assaulting / harming another stranger. Amazing for being this close to Portland! "I’ve lived in WL most of my life , since birth, in a few areas. This neighborhood, more than any of the three others I’ve lived in, has not been as friendly. I’ve got a couple neighbors who think they own the area & have something to say about everything. Very nosy, inappropriate & rude. They are two old men over 60 yrs old. These neighbors I’ve wished would mind their own business. I keep my place up in good & clean updated condition. Others areas I’ve lived in have been friendly, polite & don’t interfere that is not their concern & become life long friends with some."
