2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a former student from a couple of years ago, I would like to say that fights happen, in my opinion, because of lack of discipline at home. The only way the school will know if there is going to be a fight is if someone announces it. And what is the likeliness of a kid doing so? As for the drugs in the school you cant expect to not have any considering we are in SEGUIN. And many of the kids that go there unfortunately live in a place where they are exposed to drugs. If we want to make the schools a better place it has to start at home and work outward to the community. It takes a village to raise a child but without the help of the caregiver it creates many challenges. To me the teachers are great don't get me wrong there are maybe one or two "bad" ones but there always is anywhere you go. And these teachers deal with many kids and sometimes parents. The problem lies at time with the parents that go up to the schools and try to defend their "innocent" child without listening to both sides. As for the bullying that should be reported immediately if the school doesn't do something go the the administration or central offices. Bullying is not something that should be tolerated.Other Review10y ago - Check out schools near 415 Hudson St.

What Locals Say about Seguin

"I live right outside the city limits, but am a 15/20 minute drive from downtown seguin. 123 can get congested during morning and after work/school traffic, but that's everywhere. It's very easy to navigate throughout seguin. "

"Lackluster. There is little to no entertainment here. The biggest upside is being close to a variety of other cities. "

"My commute is very short with traffic leading into schools peaking for about a twenty minute stretch. The city is working on updating its underground water pipes, so there is some ongoing construction to avoid. "

"Very easy, light traffic. There usually is light to medium traffic in the morning. Afternoons are not very crowded either. The evening is the only time and I would still say there is only medium amount of traffic. "

"I really enjoyed living in this neighborhood. It was one of the first neighborhoods in Seguin to participate in the annual Neighborhood Night Out in October. Quiet area with convenient access to downtown and IH-10."

"I've lived about two blocks from this house for eight years. I really wish it had been available when I bought mine. If I had the money I'd buy it in a heartbeat. One of the prettiest areas in Seguin, very quiet, about a mile to HEB, WalMart, etc. Back yard of this house is wonderful - very large and slopes all the way down to the creek. House does NOT flood - a consideration in this general area."
