    "This community is horrible. I would advise people not to move here unless you hate life and people under the age of 60. The HOA discriminates against age BIG TIME. Neighbors are also bored to tears so they look for any and all violations including leaving your trash can out past 6pm.... if you work good luck meeting their standards. "

    "Quiet area great for families just starting out as well as elderly; this neighborhood � echo East was developed around 1988 to 1989 it is one of the first developments off of St. Andrews between Carolina Beach Road and 17th St. It is one of the Only subdivisions still without an HO a which works in our favor. Each house sits on approximately a quarter acre to half-acre lot, quiet, friendly and great place for kids to grow up!"
