"Love this area. Great Mix of young and old living in the area. Neighbors are friendly and keep up their homes. Optional to belong to HOA and there is a Rosemont Woman's Club that one can join to go to many top venues around the greater Orlando area and meet your neighbors. Very close to Winter Park and College Park areas with Trader Joe's close by. John Young Parkway is easy access from here. Beautiful Lake Orlando! All around great neighborhood! "
