An additional bedroom with queen bed offers a quiet place to rest after an eventful day! The HOA for this home requires the majority of occupants to be family members with occasional guests allowed. The HOA defines a family as one of no more than two principal adults, the children of one or both of those adults, no more than two additional family members who are related to said principal adults and occasional guests.
