An additional bedroom with queen bed offers a quiet place to rest after an eventful day! The HOA for this home requires the majority of occupants to be family members with occasional guests allowed. The HOA defines a family as one of no more than two principal adults, the children of one or both of those adults, no more than two additional family members who are related to said principal adults and occasional guests. "I’ve lived here for three years. I love the river frontage and public trail, the public parks and feeling of community. There are lots of kids and dogs, and we are a short drive to downtown. Our kids can rides their bikes to school."
