8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy boy is attending this school last 3 years and become a senior this year. We are satisfied with the school system. Compared to other nearby schools, BOHS has a great balance. They are not too creasy in studying and not too easygoing. It's in the middle. Period. My boy wants to be a Vet in the future and the school provides sufficient AP and honor classes. The students are able to enjoy water polo in Olympic-scale swimming pool after school. They can join numerous clubs as well.Parent Review1y ago - Olinda Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA modern building that has gone back back a few decades in time - in the times of technology and automation, this school offers no programs to help the students in that direction. The media center does not offer any programs relating to tech and innovation. Bummer experience for our first year and from what I heard is that the library went back 15-20 years in the offerings. A school where their teachers choose to enroll their own child in a private school speaks for itself. I would highly encourage checking other schools in the district that offer so much more in terms of experience for their students. The only good thing is this school has gates and safety is good that’s all.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 4052 Cedarwood Ct.

"Brea is small and community oriented. People who are starting their family love to live in Brea. Everything is close and nearby. You can walk to the local grocery stores, mall, bank, restaurants. It’s a real nice and clean city to live in. Not populated with homeless people. Schools are great. Life time friends are made. The kids can still play on the streets. Have great nearby trails that people can walk, ride your bike, run, jog, and exercise on the equipment. Great nearby restaurants. "

"Brea is a quiet, small, nice area to live in. Very conservative. Brea has everything; parks, malls, freeways, nice restaurants, improv, movie theaters, different markets (specially healthy ones), and nice restaurants/bars. It feels safe to walk at night and I personally have never had issues with packages delivered into my home."
