"It’s safe to walk around this neighborhood at night. A lot of people are dog owners here and walk their dogs. There are many restaurants just a block or two away. You can even walk to Angel’s Stadium. "

"Easy access to 57 and the 5. Parking is really tough around here. Buses run on Katella and ARTiC is very close. "

"The best part is the proximity to Disneyland. Easy access to restaurants and movie theatre down Katella, or the Garden Walk for entertainment. Close to Main Place Mall too, easy access to highways. Lots of homeless people though, they go through the dumpsters every trash day."

"At Gateway, there are no playgrounds, nor large grass areas for to run around. Closest park is 1 mile away, El Camino Real Park. "

"My neighborhood has easy access to many freeways, as well as major streets. Commute times to work, or visiting family in the Inland Empire are relatively short and generally the same each time. Instant freeway access helps alleviate much of the commute time I was challenged with elsewhere."

"“Luxury “ Apartments all around. Lots of dog parks. No children parks besides 1 or 2 infested with drug addicted homeless people. Not the best area to raise kids. "

"Walking distance to Angel Stadium, The Grove, many restaurants all around. The Stadium Lofts have beautiful, resort like grounds with a beautiful pool area, gym, recreation room and catering kitchen. "
