Once approved by the owner, there is a Lely Villas Community application and a $150 Non-Refundable Application Fee & Background Fee of $50 per adult U.S. Citizen/ $75 per adult Foreign National. Monthly payments fees are accepted by the owners the 1st of the month. The community allows dogs under 35 pounds & a max of 2 dogs or cats. There is a deposit equal to one month's rent collected at the signing of the lease. Community fees cover water, cable, lawn care services, power washing the roof, garbage and recycling bins and overall maintaining the beauty of the community. The renter is responsible to pay electric. Owner provides complimentary air conditioning maintenance twice a year. The villa comes unfurnished except for a flushed dining room china cabinet, kitchen table which compliments custom window treatments, and a corner shelf.
