"I am retired and I have no commute. This location is very close to everything . It is only 10 minutes to downtown or 10 minutes out to Airport Road. In the summer, the commute time coukd be less. we are a seasonal community."

"Owners are allowed two dogs up to 40 pounds each. It is a gated community. It is a very close knit community since it is small and one knows their neighbors and I love my neighbors. There are activities like bridge, book club, fitness center, outdoor grilling, a pool and a hot tub. This is a fabulous community close to everything."

Venetian Bay with The Village fine restaurants, entertainment, shopping and community feel. But the BEST location in Naples and views to appreciate daily for many years.
