Other Review3mo ago - Shorewood Hills Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a great school. Diversity is due to kids of students and visiting fellows who live in university apartments attend this school. The management has harnessed the benefit of diversity well by programs like diversity show, spring sing, and international show. It is good to have a principal of Indian descent who understands the need of international kids well. The teachers are great and I can understand they have to work hard to teach students who are native English speakers as well as kids who do not speak English at all (at home). Great job !Parent Review7y ago - Hamilton Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHamilton is a good school. There are a lot of disrespectful kids there though. They swear on the bus everyday and the buses are very crowded. Most of the teachers are good, but some obviously don't want to and shouldn't be teaching. One of the special ed teachers named Ms. Barrientos needs to know that she isn't the teacher and that she doesn't have to teach us things excruciatingly slow and ten times. It can also get caught and squashed in the crowds after school, before school, and on the bus (the morning bus is much less crowded). Although I like this school, they need to increase the math standards and revise their teaching technics. I have had a lot of great teachers like Ms. Kalscheur, Mr. Glanville, Ms. Klaas. The libraries and librarians are great too. I love the school they just need to work on a few things.Other Review10y ago - West High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe staff at this high school did not always understand me well because of my autism, and elementary and middle schools in this high school’s attendance area were also useless for me because school administrators almost never grow up (although that is what they are supposed to persuade students to do)!Other Review4mo ago - Check out schools near 3914 University Ave.
