"Quiet community with established families. Convenient grocery shopping and highway access near by. There is a very nice dog park within a 5 mins. walk. A bus line that goes down town and IBM and Mayo within a block of the home. Overall a very convenient and safe neighborhood!"

"Our family lives 1 street over from Arcon and it is the largest cul dr sac in NW. It has trees and a full island. Kids are playing down there all the time! The neighborhood it well kept! Nice area to live in!"

"This neighborhood is close to the Douglas Trail and several parks including a baseball park. There are ponds for fishing. A new school (Gibbs) is close and a new healthcare facility is on the way!"
