"It’s a very friendly neighborhood. And a short distance to good stores and restaurants. It’s a three min. walk to a well run neighborhood grocery store. As well as an Italian restaurant and other services. Park Blvd yoga, restaurants are near. As well as the village of Montclaire where they have a farmers market each Sunday. "

"This is a lovely quiet neighborhood close to shopping in Montclair village with easy access to highways and public transportation to the City of San Francisco as well as the east bay communities of Orinda, Lafayette and Walnut Creek. The temperature is perfect--not as cold as the City and not as hot as the areas in Contra Costa County."
