This unit has NO CARPET throughout and pets are welcome!

Maintain an active lifestyle at the fitness center, relax in the hot tub, and soak up the sun by the poolside cabanas. An community outdoor summer kitchen with stainless steel gas grill and a convenient car wash further enhances your stay.

As you step inside this first floor condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with luxury vinyl throughout, complemented by your own private porch for moments of relaxation. The kitchen has major appliances alongside a convenient in-unit laundry room. The master bedroom features a generous walk-in closet for added convenience. A separate garage is availble for rent.

The condo is immediately available for a twelve-month lease. Tenants are responsible for cable, internet, electric service, and interior pest control, with smoking strictly prohibited. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult.
